TeaSprouts Physical Commissions Information

By choosing to commission me you are also choosing to accept these terms. No if, ands, or buts about it. If you break any of these terms you will be permanently blacklisted from everything involving me.Each commission has its own set of terms as well. Both my basic and their terms must be followed!

Basics Terms of Service

━ Some commissions are only accepted through Ko-Fi. Large commissions are only accepted via google forms followed by an invoice through Stripe.━ If you live outside of the USA you need to pay for shipping━ I am not responsible for whatever VATs you may get.━ Prices may fluctuate depending on the complexity of your character!━ I do accept payment plans, but it must be paid off within a month! I will not start a commission until payment is complete.━ Down payments are involved in all commissions besides badges! Down payments will not be given back if you choose to cancel your commission.━ Refunds can only be given if the commission is still in its sketching stage. Once a sketch has been accepted a refund is out of the question.━ I have the right to refuse any commission and the right to cancel if I deem it as absolutely necessary!━ Once shipped, I am not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. I do send out tracking with each commission!━ If you want your commission expeditated to you please inform me before I print out a shipping label. An extra invoice will be sent in order to cover the shipping change.━ Commissioners that can pay up front will be prioritized over those who cannot.━ If you submit a chargeback on me, you will instantly be blacklisted!

Terms of Service

━ You must fill out the google form to claim a slot. These are not first come first served!━ Payments for these are only accepted via invoice only.━ A down payment of $35 must be given to help pay for the basic materials! This down payment will not be given back!Refunds can only be given if I have not purchased your thread (if needed) or if I have not started the sketch/project.

✿ What is the commission process like? To summarize, if I choose you, I will then determine the final quote and send it to you an invoice. If there are price changes, I will specify why in the notes section.After I receive your payment, I will begin the drawing portion of your patch. Once everything is confirmed I will then move on to the digital verson of it. At this point I will not be allowed to give out refunds. Once the digital verson is confirmed I will move on to making the physical patch.✿ How big are your patches?I try to keep my patches around 3.5 inches!✿ How do I apply them? To apply your patch, place them on the material you want to attach them to, place another piece of fabric on top of the patch (preferably a towel). Grab an iron and turn it to med-high, place the iron on the patch, and hold it for 20-25 seconds. Take off iron and towel and allow the patch to cool for a minute.Here is a video for my visual learners
Video✿ What are they made out of?I make all my patches out of cotton!✿ What can I apply them to?Any material that is made out of cotton, polyester, or a blend of the two is a great choice. Some people attach them to backpacks, jackets, and their pants for a reference.

✿ Why are minis cheaper than regular plushies?Simple answer! Quality and size. Minis are made out of cheaper materials than regular plushies and they are smaller so less materials are used. Regardless I do put as much time and effort into them.✿ Which would you recommend?This depends on what you are using the plushie for. If you want just a simple plushie that will sit around, and you won't handle it too much, I would request a mini. If you want a plushie you can handle and cuddle with, and take places, I would recommend a regular plushie.✿ I got mine dirty! How do I clean them?You can machine wash both of them on a delicate setting, with cold water! Use a very small amount of stain remover, and non-chlorine bleach if needed! Tumble dry on low. DO NOT IRON!✿ Can you remake my plushie! I...?I will not remake a plushie under any circumstances unless the fault is mine, and even that depends on the situation given. If I messed up on the character's design drastically, I may remake it.✿ Can you change the character to something else?I will not change the character unless I haven't started on your plushie yet, or if I had to order materials for your plushie, unless you wanted to pay for the changes. Please be set and sure on the character before showing me them!✿ Can you upgrade my mini into a regular or the other way around?I will only upgrade a mini into a regular or a regular into a mini plushie if I have not started on the plushie yet! Depending on the change you may be eligible for a small refund.

━ I am not responsible if you provide the wrong sizing or color for your clothing. Beanies only come in one size.━ All of these are made to order meaning I order the clothing as I get the order as well so turnaround time on these is long.━ Refunds are not allowed on these commissions as I order each item one at a time, and nothing is bought in bulk.

✿ What colors do they come in?Each color is listed in the form of what I can access to at the moment.✿ How do we wash them?I would recommend washing them all inside out in cold water and then leaving them to hang dry. If you must place them in a dryer, please use a low setting. You may have shrinkage if you do.✿ Can we iron these?I would recommend that you don't! But if you do, please avoid ironing on the embroidery as that can melt the threads.
